Course Description
Standard model, Feyman diagrams, particle interactions, symmetries and groups, Quantum Electrodynamics, Quantum Chormodynamics, weak interactions, particle colliders, nuclear astrophysics (white dwarfs and neutron stars). Course Information: 4 undergraduate hours. 4 graduate hours. Prerequisite: PHYS 485 or PHYS 486.
