Course Description

A part of High Speed Rail (HSR) Curriculum to cover all phases of developing a HSR system. High Speed Rail construction is unique for its mega size, linear construction feature, tight schedule control , stringent safety requirements & complex integration processes. This course will review the characteristics of a HSR construction project, and introduce the phases & processes of constructing a HSR system. The students will then learn how to manage HSR construction phases and processes.
