ATOMVIEWER viewgraphs of CLAMPS
simulation
This is the initial state of the simulation with triangular
lattice structure. The missing lattice sites are to vacancies in the
lattice.
This is an example of a solid structure, with a structure factor
greater than 4.
A liquid is obtained when the structure
factor is found to be less than 4.
Although we have no way of quantitatively analyzing gels in the
CLAMPS code, we can qualitatively observe gel-like structures. This
is an example of a gel phase with clusters of particles percolating
across the simulation box. According to the structure factor, this
run would be considered a liquid.
