Course Description
The nature and properties of nuclei and elementary particles, symmetries, interactions, nuclear models, tools and techniques of experimental subatomic physics, and applications to power generation, astrophysics, chemistry, medicine, and biology. Course Information: 4 undergraduate hours. 4 graduate hours. Prerequisite: PHYS 485 or PHYS 486.
