Required Materials

There are no required textbooks for this class, but you will required to access a variety of media and texts. Links or access to this material will be provided in class. In addition to these materials, the follows tools for success are critical to this class.  

Tools for Success:

• Art: Informal exposure to cultural product and artistic expressions (e.g. painting, drawing, video, music, etc.). Some understanding of basic art theory or prior coursework in studio art is helpfully but not necessary. 
• Physics: Informal exposure to physics and/or astronomy concepts (e.g. high school level or through cultural media). Some understanding of basic scientific principles is helpful but not necessary.
• AI Tools: Basic understanding of AI tools is helpful but not required. We will introduce some basics of AI technologies in class.
• Attitude: Curiosity, Openness, Work Ethic.
