This course uses the Web for many aspects, including homework, grade book, and storage of all lecture slides and most class handouts. You need to become familiar with the Web and to have access to a fairly recent web browser (available on computers at CCSO and housing division computer sites.)

- Physics 213 Lecture Notes, Latest, Stipes
- I-clicker Remote
- Discussion Materials for Physics 213
- Calculator (with trig, exponential and log capabilities). Bring to all sessions.
- Ruler (transparent) with millimeter markings
- Loose leaf noteboook (to hold general information, lab reports, exams, etc.)
Strongly Recommended Materials
- The primary reference for the course is Elements of Thermal Physics, 4th edition by James P. Wolfe
Section Changes
Section changes will be allowed only until the midterm exam. You must do this yourself on-line. The course secretaries can no longer change a student's schedule.
