This is the main website for the UIUC Physics Department graduate course on General Relativity 2. This one-semester course covers advanced topics in Einstein's theory, focusing on black holes, the 3+1 decomposition of the Einstein equations, extreme mass-ratio inspirals and black hole perturbation theory.
