Course Grade Breakdown
You must arrive to class on time to receive full attendance points.
You should be collaborating with your classmates on the problems and remain fully engaged during class.
You will solve these worksheets with your classmates during the class and turn them in at the end of the class. These assignments are graded for completion.
You can work on these problem sets during class once you have completed the practice assignment. These are graded for correctness. There will be no homework on the week before and the week of Physics 212 exams.
Assignment Due Dates:
Practice assignments are due at the end of the class. If you haven't completed all the problems by the end of the class (assuming you have been focused on the work during class), you can turn them in at the beginning of class the following week and receive full credit.
Homework problem sets assigned are due at the beginning of the next class (1 week after which they are assigned). In case you want to re-do questions you lost points on, corrected homework can be turned in the week after they were due for half credit.
You can directly mail your assignments to the instructor (see email above) in PDF form or turn them in during class. Assignments may be typed or handwritten and should be legible.
